EL METODO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE UN HIDROLIZADO DE PROTEINAS DE GUISANTE COMPRENDE EL USO DE UN CONCENTRADO DE PROTEINAS DE GUISANTE COMO MATERIAL INICIADOR Y UNA COMBINACION DE HIDROLISIS SEGUIDA POR UN ULTRAFILTRADO. EL METODO SUMINISTRA UN HIDROLIZADO DE PROTEINAS DE GUISANTE CON UNA MUY ALTA PUREZA Y BUENAS PROPIEDADES ORGANOLEPTICAS, Y QUE PUEDE PRODUCIRSE CON UN RENDIMIENTO RELATIVO ALTO. EL HIDROLIZADO DE PROTEINAS DEL GUISANTE PUEDE USARSE COMO ADITIVO NUTRICIONAL.
