DICHA SUSTANCIA DE PRUEBA, Y SEPARADAMENTE UNA SUSTANCIA DE REFERENCIA, CONOCIDAS PARA SER TANTO AGONISTAS COMO ANTAGONISTAS, SE INCUBAN CON DICHO TIPO DE CELULAS, Y SE ANALIZA LA MAGNITUD DE LA RESPUESTA CELULAR SELECCIONADA RESULTANTE DE LA INTERACCION HORMONA/RECEPTOR .
