LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UNA MAQUINA DE LA INDUSTRIA DE ELABORACION DE TABACO CON UN DISPOSITIVO PARA LA CONDUCCION DE UNA TIRA (11A,11B) ENVOLVENTE PARA UNA MADEJA (4A,4B), QUE PUEDE ESTAR COMPUESTA DE MATERIAL DE FIBRA O MATERIAL DE FUMADOR, Y QUE ES TRANSPORTADO SOBRE UNA BANDA (3A,3B) DE TRANSPORTE DE MADEJA. EL PROBLEMA EXISTENTE SEGUN LA INVENCION, CONSISTE EN QUE DEBE GARANTIZARSE UN ARRASTRE SEGURO DESDE EL COMIENZO DE LA TIRA ENVOLVENTE AL FORMATO DE LA MAQUINA, EN DONDE LA MADEJA ES ENVUELTA CON LA TIRA ENVOLVENTE. DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION EL PROBLEMA SE SOLUCIONA DE MODO QUE, SE HA PREVISTO DE UN ELEMENTO (21A,21B) DE DESPLAZAMIENTO, QUE ES ACTIVABLE MEDIANTE LA ALIMENTACION DESDE EL PRINCIPIO DE LA TIRA ENVOLVENTE PARA DISMINUIR LA DISTANCIA ENTRE LA BANDA TRANSPORTE DE LA MADEJA Y LA TIRA ENVOLVENTE.
