EL PROCESO DE TRATAMIENTO CONSISTE EL SOMETER AL LIQUIDO DE LAVADO, QUE SE BASA EN AGUA Y TIENE UNOS NIVELES PREDETERMINADOS DE ACIDEZ Y DE CONDUCTIVIDAD ELECTRICA, A UNA ELECTROLISIS ANTES DE ENVIARLO AL CILINDRO DE LAVADO DE LA PRENSA DE IMPRIMIR. CON ESTE PROCESO SE PUEDE AUMENTAR CONSIDERABLEMENTE LA VELOCIDAD A LA QUE SE SECA LA TINTA DURANTE LA FASE DE IMPRESION Y AUMENTAR DE FORMA SIGNIFICATIVA EL RENDIMIENTO DE LA PRENSA DE IMPRIMIR.
