SEGUN LA INVENCION, SE UTILIZA PARA DICHA DETERMINACION UNA SUSTANCIA ANTIGENICA ELEGIDA ENTRE EL CONJUNTO CONSTITUIDO POR LAS FRACCIONES QUE (I) ESTAN PRESENTES EN LAS PLAQUETAS SANGUINEAS Y LIBERADAS DE DICHAS PLAQUETAS SANGUINEAS POR LISIS, Y (II) TIENEN UNA GRAN AFINIDAD RESPECTO DE LA DROGA INDUCTORA (Z) Y/O DE LOS COMPLEJOS DE DICHA DROGA INDUCTORA CON LAS PLAQUETAS, ESTANDO DESTINADA DICHA SUSTANCIA ANTIGENICA A REACCIONAR CON UN MATERIAL ANTICUERPO ANTI (Y) CONTENIDO EN EL PLASMA A PROBAR Y DIRIGIDO CONTRA LA DROGA INDUCTORA, SUS FRAGMENTOS O LOS PRODUCTOS QUE CONTIENEN DICHA DROGA INDUCTORA O UNO DE SUS FRAGMENTOS.
