UNO DE LOS ELECTRODOS AL MENOS (2) ESTA MONTADO PARA ROTAR MEDIANTE UN MOTOR ELECTRICO ASOCIADO (20). EL ELECTRODO MONTADO PARA ROTAR TIENE PREFERENTEMENTE UNA CONFIGURACION TIPO TAMBOR FORMADA POR UNA PLURALIDAD DE CONDUCTORES CIRCUNFERENCIALMENTE SEPARADOS (6). EN UN SEGUNDO ASPECTO, LA INVENCION PRODUCE UNA ELECTROSUSPENSION DE PARTICULAS MICRONIZADAS DONDE UNO DE LOS ELECTRODOS ESTA EN CONTACTO CON UN LECHO DE PARTICULAS Y UN SEGUNDO ELECTRODO ESTA SEPARADO POR ENCIMA DE LAS PARTICULAS.
