Abstract
LA ELABORACION DE MATERIALES QUE CONTIENEN ZINC, PLOMO Y OXIDO DE HIERRO EN LA INDUSTRIA METALURGICA SE CONSIGUE SEGUN UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE LAMINACION EN UN HONRO DE LAMINADO. UNA MEZCLA DE ESTOS MATERIALES CON MATERIAL QUE CONTIENE CARBONO, COMO SOPORTE DE REACCION, SE CARGA EN EL HORNO DE LAMINADO Y SE TRATA TERMICAMENTE BAJO CONDICIONES REDUCTORAS. EN LA ZONA DE CIERRE DEL HORNO DE LAMINADO SE SOPLA AIRE CALIENTE CON UNA TEMPERATURA DESDE 500 HASTA 900 EN LA ZONA DE CIERRE SE AJUSTA UNA TEMPERATURA DE ALIMENTACION DESDE 1.200 HASTA 1.500 POR MEDIO DEL HIERRO METALICO PRESENTE EN LA ALIMENTACION Y AL MISMO TIEMPO SE REDUCE AMPLIAMENTE DE NUEVO EL HIERRO METALICO. LA TEMPERATURA Y LA COMPOSICION DE LOS GASES DE SALIDA SE REGULAN DE TAL MODO, QUE ES POSIBLE UNA COMBUSTION POSTERIOR AUTOTERMICA FUERA DEL HORNO DE LAMINADO MEDIANTE ADICION DE AIRE. EL GAS DE SALIDA POSTERIORMENTE EN COMBUSTION SE ENFRIA Y SE PURIFICA.
