LA INVENCION SE PROPONE UNA REDUCCION DEL VOLUMEN DEL EQUIPAMIENTO Y DEL CONSUMO DE ENERGIA. DE ACUERDO CON LA FIG. 1, A TRAVES DE LOS DISPOSITIVOS DE GRANULACION (21), (22) SE GRANULAN DOS CLASES DE GRANOS (GRANULADOS) DE ARCILLA, CRETA Y CARBON, LOS CUALES POR EL CARBON MENCIONADO SE CUECEN EN UN DISPOSITIVO (31) PARA SU COCCION A DIFERENTES TEMPERATURAS, CUYA PARTICULARIDAD CONSISTE EN QUE NO TIENE NINGUN REVESTIMIENTO. EL PRODUCTO COCIDO ES HUMEDECIDO, REMOVIDO, MOLDEANDOSE A CONTINUACION LADRILLOS EN UNA PRENSA (49), QUE SON TRATADOS EN UN AUTOCLAVE O UNA CAMARA DE VAPORIZACION (51). EL LADRILLO ASI FABRICADO POSEE ELEVADAS PROPIEDADES ESTETICAS. EN EL DISPOSITIVO (31) SE PUEDE FABRICAR TAMBIEN SIN REVESTIMIENTO UN CEMENTO PORTLAND CON ADITIVOS.
