EL DISPOSITIVO DE DESAIREACION MUESTRA UN TRANSDUCTOR DE FUERZA (20), QUE SE CARGA CON EL MATERIAL DE FUNDICION (67) QUE EXTRAIDO DEL HUECO DEL MOLDE PASA AL CANAL DE DESAIREACION (10), Y QUE ESTA UNIDO MECANICAMENTE AL CIERRE MOVIL DE LA VALVULA (14). EL TRANSDUCTOR DE FUERZA (20) ESTA DISEÑADO COMO ORGANO DE EMPUJE, CUYA CARRERA DE TRABAJO ESTA LIMITADA POR UNA PARTE DEL CAMINO DE CIERRE DEL CIERRE MOVIL (14) DE LA VALVULA DE DESAIREACION (12), DE TAL MODO QUE ESTE A TRAVES DEL IMPULSO DEL ORGANO DE EMPUJE (20) SE MUEVE EN LA DIRECCION DE CIERRE DURANTE LA CARRERA.
