LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO PARA LA ELABORACION DE UN ELASTOMERO DE SILICONA ESPONJADO O NO ESPONJADO CON ALTO PODER DE RECUPERACION ELASTICO, EN PARTICULAR PARA LA ELABORACION DE ELEMENTOS DE ESTANQUEIDAD A PARTIR DE UN ELASTOMERO DE SILICONA DE ESTE TIPO, SIENDO UTILIZADOS PARA SISTEMAS DE SILICONA DE DOS COMPONENTES, CON RETICULACION DE ADICION Y CATALIZACION MEDIANTE PLATINO. DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION SE UTILIZA PARA ELLO UN CATALIZADOR DE PLATINO ORGANICO, QUE, CON REFERENCIA A 1.000 G DEL POLIMERO DE SILICONA UTILIZADO, SE ENCUENTRA ENTRE 300 Y 3.000 PPM, CON PREFERENCIA DESDE 300 HASTA 900 PPM. CON PREFERENCIA SE UTILIZA PARA ELLO SILOXANO CON UN CONTENIDO SIH DE 15 MMOL/G. SE ELABORAN MEDIANTE ATEMPERADO DEL POLIMERO DE SILICONA A TRAVES DE UN TIEMPO DE DURACION DESDE 15 HASTA 20 MIN, EN UNA TEMPERATURA DESDE 120 MERO DE SILICONA CON PROPIEDADES DE ALTO VALOR, ESPECIALMENTE CON ALTO PODER DE RECUPERACION ELASTICA.
