Abstract

The reinforcement has rectangular shells (1) made of plastics with U-shaped transverse and longitudinal sections and with protruding retaining pins (2) with heads (3) and guide slits. The retaining pins of one shell engage with the guide slits of an adjoining shell to form a positive connection. The shells can have a U-shaped cross-section and L-shaped longitudinal section with on their open end side opposite the shell base a web connecting the longitudinal side walls of the shell. These side walls are undercut underneath the web.
