Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A NERVADURA PARA INTERCAMBIADOR DE CALOR, QUE SE COMPONE ESENCIALMENTE DE UNA MATRIZ DE TUBOS Y NERVIOS (1) DISPUESTOS DE FORMA TRANSVERSAL. LOS NERVIOS MUESTRAN SOLERAS (2) PARA LA RECEPCION DE LOS TUBOS MECANICOS A SER UNIDOS Y LOS TUBOS SON RECORRIDOS POR UN PRIMER MEDIO, CON PREFERENCIA LIQUIDO. LOS NERVIOS SON IMPULSADOS POR UN SEGUNDO MEDIO CON PREFERENCIA EN FORMA DE GAS Y ESTAN POSICIONADOS POR MEDIO DE DISTANCIADORES INTEGRALES EN SU DIVISION DE NERVIOS. EL PROBLEMA TECNICO EN EL ACOPLADO METALICO DE ESTA MATRIZ COMPUESTA DE TUBOS Y NERVIOS SE ENCUENTRA EN OBTENER LOS DISTANCIADORES APROPIADOS, QUE POSICIONAN A UNA DISTANCIA DEFINIDA UNO DE OTRO LOS NERVIOS, CON LO CUAL POR UNA PARTE LA RESISTENCIA AL AIRE Y POR OTRA PARTE LA TRANSMISION TERMICA NO DEBEN SER INFLUENCIADOS NEGATIVAMENTE. LA SOLUCION DE ESTE PROBLEMA SE CONSIGUE DE TAL MODO, QUE LOS DISTANCIADORES DISPONEN DE FORMACION ESTAMPADA A PARTIR DE LA SOLERA (2), SOBRE CUYO PERIMETRO SE CONFIGURAN SALIENTES (8,9,10) DISTRIBUIDOS. LA SECCION TRANSVERSAL DE LOS TUBOS Y DE LA SOLERA PUEDE TENER FORMA CIRCULAR, OVALADA O ELIPTICA. UN NERVIO (1) DE ESTE TIPO PUEDE ENCUENTRAN UTILIZACION CON PREFERENCIA PARA UN INTERCAMBIADOR DE CALOR PARA AUTOMOVIL, POR EJEMPLO UN ENFRIADOR DE AIRE/MEDIO DE REFRIGERACION PARA MOTOR DE COMBUSTION INTERNA DE AUTOMOVIL.
