SU PROCEDIMIENTO DE FABRICACION COMPRENDE LAS ETAPAS DE: A) MEZCLADO DE LOS COMPONENTES, FORMANDO UNA MASA SEMISOLIDA; B) COLOCACION LA MASA SEMISOLIDA EN MOLDES CON LA FORMA DE LA PIEZA A OBTENER; C) PRENSADO; D) DESMOLDEADO DE LAS PIEZAS CONFORMADAS; E) COCCION EN HORNO DE LAS PIEZAS CONFORMADAS PARA EL FRAGUADO DE LA RESINA. EL COSTE DE LOS COMPONENTES DEL AGLOMERANTE ES REDUCIDO, SU FRAGUADO ES RAPIDO Y PERFECTAMENTE CONTROLABLE, POR LO QUE LA INVENCION PERMITE DISMINUIR EL COSTE DE MATERIAL Y DE FABRICACION DE LAS PIEZAS DE ABRASIVO, Y AUMENTAR LA PRODUCTIVIDAD.
