Abstract

Método de mantenimiento en caliente de tostadores de pan y el correspondiente tostador. Que cuenta con un mando de accionamiento (1) para bajar o subir las tostadas, un selector del grado de tostado (3) que establece el tiempo de tostado (t{sub,s ), medios de mantenimiento en caliente (7 y 9), y resistencias (8). Se caracteriza porque el tiempo (t{sub,s ) comienza a contarse desde que la temperatura interior del tostador (T{sub,i ) es mayor que una temperatura de referencia (T{sub,com ) y la función de mantenimiento en caliente ha de actuarse durante el transcurso de (t{sub,s ), y su desactivación tras finalizar (t{sub,s ) provoca un tiempo de recalentamiento (t{sub,rec ) de las resistencias (8) siempre y cuando la temperatura interior del tostador (T{sub,i ) sea menor que una temperatura de referencia (T{sub,ref ) y (t{sub,rec ) sea menor que un tiempo máximo prefijado de recalentamiento (t{sub,1 ). Se marca un tiempo máximo (t{sub,sal ,) de funcionamiento de la función de mantenimiento en caliente.
