Abstract

Este procedimiento y aparato para el atado, mediante alambre, de balas de materiales disgregados, especialmente aplicable a las prensas de túnel, consiste en conferir a los dos alambres de atado, en las porciones de los mismos comprendidas entre los garfios de los medios retorcedores, una longitud mayor que la separación entre los citados garfios, conformando una comba, cuya longitud es absorbida al menos en el 1/4 de vuelta inicial del retorcido, previo al corte de los alambres. El aparato dispone los piñones de accionamiento de los ejes que montan a cada par de garfios retorcedores, superpuestos éstos en el espacio y solidarios a los extremos de su eje respectivo, relacionados entre sí y con un único piñón motor, mediante una cadena cinemática formada por una pluralidad de engranajes iguales, coplanarios y alineados entre sí.
