EN EL CASO DE QUE LOS HITOS SEAN MACIZOS O HUECOS, ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE EL HITO SE FABRICA EN UN MOLDE DONDE SE EFECTUA UNA VULCANIZACION POR COMPRESION, TRANSFERENCIA O INYECCION. EN EL CASO DEL QUE EL HITO POSEA UN ALMA INTERIOR (2), EL PROCEDIMIENTO SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE PRIMERAMENTE SE EFECTUA UN TRATAMIENTO DEL ALMA (2), A CONTINUACION SE APLICA A ESTA UN PEGAMENTO Y DESPUES DE SU SECADO EL ALMA INTERIOR (2) SE CALIENTA A UNA TEMPERATURA APROXIMADA DE VULCANIZACION QUE ES FUNCION DEL MATERIAL EMPLEADO, LUEGO SE INTRODUCE EN UN MOLDE, A ESTE SE INCORPORAN ADITIVOS CONFERIDORES DE DUREZA Y ELASTICIDAD O RESISTENCIA MECANICA Y SE EFECTUA LA VULCANIZACION.
