Abstract

Método y aparato para la aplicación de adhesivo al papel de cigarrillos y el papel y los cigarrillos producidos con ello, comprendiendo un aparato de suministro de rociado de adhesivo y un método de aplicación de una cantidad predeterminada de adhesivo de anclaje en un patrón de rociado predeterminado a un rollo continuo de papel de cigarrillos (16) en avance, el cual aparato incluye un sistema de rociado a presión bajo el control de un controlador programable (26), para la aplicación con precisión y de modo uniforme del adhesivo en un rociado vaporizado sobre el papel de cigarrillos (16) en avance, eliminando con ello la necesidad de incrementar la densidad de la varilla de tabaco a intervalos discretos para compensar un volumen significativo en los extremos sueltos, siendo dicho aparato portátil y con posibilidad de ser retro-instalado a productores de cigarrillos existentes.
