Abstract

Kit genético para la caracterización molecular de la enfermedad de alzheimer. El kit genético ilustrado en la figura comprende un primer kit para purificación de ADN constituido por columnas de filtrado, columnas colectoras y frascos de reactivos; y un segundo kit para análisis genotípico constituido por componentes para la determinación de genotipos relacionados con la Enfermedad de Alzheimer (EA) cada uno de los cuales contiene frascos con oligonucleótidos, desoxinucleótidos, enzimas, sales y tampones, junto con geles de separación de agarosa.Con este kit es posible llevar a cabo un método analítico de muestras de sangre humana que permite la caracterización molecular de la EA, con importantes aplicaciones en el sector de la investigación biomédica.
