LA OUI TRADUCE CADA UNO DE LOS CANALES DE SEÑALIZACION DE LA CENTRAL LOCAL EN UN PRIMER Y UN SEGUNDO CANAL DE SEÑALIZACION INTERNO, EN DONDE CADA CANAL DE SEÑALIZACION INTERNO CONTIENE INFORMACION REPRESENTATIVA DE UN TROZO DE INFORMACION QUE SE ENCUENTRA DENTRO DE EL.
