LA INFORMACION PROCEDENTE DE LA CENTRAL TELEFONICA LOCAL SE ENCUENTRA EN UNOS CICLOS RECURRENTES QUE CONTIENEN INTERVALOS DE TIEMPO DE SEÑALIZACION CADA UNO DE LOS CUALES CONTIENE DOS TROZOS DISTINTOS DE INFORMACION. LA OUI TRADUCE CADA UNO DE LOS CANALES DE SEÑALIZACION DE LA CENTRAL LOCAL EN UN PRIMER Y UN SEGUNDO CANAL DE SEÑALIZACION INTERNO, EN DONDE CADA CANAL DE SEÑALIZACION INTERNO CONTIENE INFORMACION REPRESENTATIVA DE UN TROZO DE INFORMACION QUE SE ENCUENTRA DENTRO DE EL. ESTO SIMPLIFICA EL INTERCAMBIO DE INTERVALOS DE TIEMPO DE DSO EN LA OIU.
