Abstract

Prótesis dental osteointegrable con implante y fijación por levas y espigos. La presente invención hace referencia a una prótesis dental osteointegrable con implante y fijación por levas y espigos caracterizada por estar desprovista de elementos metálicos y fabricada con resistentes biomateriales osteointegradores tipo BOP, hidroxiapatita u otros. La prótesis tiene dos cuerpos independientes (Figura 1) que al ensamblarse por los canales (8) cierran dicha prótesis (Figuras 2 y 3). La celda ósea (10) lleva un filamento radiopaco periférico y espigos plegados (2). La corona o diente (4) forma cuerpo con el árbol de levas (Figuras 1 y 6). Sus protuberancias (5) al girar, impulsan los espigos (2) clavándolos en la cavidad alveolar (9) osteointegrándose el sistema. Los topes (6, 7) evitan el retroceso y permiten flexibilidad. Esta prótesis evita la mala cicatrización o necrosis del pilar epitelial de la papila y las frecuentes infecciones que provocan su fracaso, favoreciendo así la fijación y mejorando la estética.
