Abstract
El objeto de la Patente es un sistema inteligente de secado superficial de frutos, autorregulable, compuesto de: medios de transporte (1) de velocidad regulable; una cámara de secado (2) con deflectores (3) internos; una unidad central situada en el eje de simetría transversal en la cual se produce la entrada de aire (5) de renovación total, integrándose en ella ventiladores (6) alineados, un lecho de resistencias eléctricas (7), un deflector (8) que divide la circulación del aire en dos sentidos opuestos y una batería de células fotoeléctricas (9) para el conteo de frutos y valoración de la producción; y un equipo informática programable que, mediante un software específico, dispone el funcionamiento del secador en condiciones óptimas, mediante la autorregulación de la velocidad de los ventiladores (G), la potencia de las resistencias (7) y la velocidad de avance del transportador (1). Para la armonización funcional del sistema se utiliza un tensor de optimización formado por una biblioteca de ficheros, el cual, partiendo de las condiciones de trabajo actuales, determina las óptimas y regula el funcionamiento de los elementos que las establecen, hasta situarlo en el régimen de trabajo adecuado.
