Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de artículos huecos de material plástico caracterizado por someterse a un movimiento compuesto o combinado a una temperatura inicial prácticamente no superior a 35ºC. moldes cerrados y no porosos que contienen una mezcla fluida de una resina de cloruro de vinilo termo-estable y un plastificante hasta que las paredes de los moldes están completamente bañadas por la mezcla por aumentar la temperatura del molde hasta entre 43ºC. y 100ºC. mientras se continúa el movimiento compuesto o combinado hasta que la mezcla fluida se estabiliza por completo en las paredes del molde por sumergir luego dicho molde ya sin movimiento en un baño líquido calentado a una temperatura de 160 a 204ºC. aproximadamente hasta que la mezcla se hay vulcanizado por completo y por enfriarse luego el molde a una temperatura inferior a 121ºC.
