Equipo calefactor de agua por energía solar, caracterizado esencialmente por el hecho de que consta de un depósito cerrado y termoaislado, con una entrada inferior de agua procedente de la red general y una salida superior del agua calentada, dotado también de una salida inferior de agua fría que comunica con una parrilla tubular que constituye la batería calefactora y sobre la que inciden los rayos solares, de cuya parrilla parte un conducto de retorno de agua calentada que desemboca superiormente en el interior del depósito, y que se mantiene en las capas superiores de este por convección.
