Abstract

Sistema de extracción de gases variable para túneles de congelación de alimentos. Un tanque a presión estabilizado suministra nitrógeno en fase líquida al túnel de congelación a través de una serie de válvulas, estando previstos reguladores de presión y un circuito eléctrico de control que incluye un termopar (J) o sonda PT100 y un controlador de temperatura (CT) Una electroválvula (8) regula el tiro de la chimenea de extracción (9) que arranca del túnel de congelación (B) y que se comunica con el extractar de gases (C), y un servomotor (7) acciona dicha válvula de compuerta. El servomotor puede ser sustituido por unos pistones de simple efecto que accionan la palomilla o compuerta que abra o cierre más o menos la sección de paso de dicha chimenea. Figura 1.
