Abstract

The module according to the improvements includes two parts 1 and 2, the first of these having a system 6 for hinging to the façade 5 or a suitable place of the building, and both with a common hinging element 7, so that, on the part 2 and in correspondence with the hinging element 7, there is a device 8 which, linked to a tie-rod 9, produces the transmission of the direction of rotation of the part 1 to the part 2, in the opposition direction, in order, during deployment, to successfully achieve rocking of both parts 1 and 2 towards a horizontal position. The module may also be formed by a single part hinged or fixed to the façade or the suitable place, and in all cases the module may have corresponding accessories such as a ladder, safety guard rails and other components such as tie-rods for allowing folding/deployment and immobilization in said positions. The module is provided for evacuating people from buildings in the event of fire, said operation taking place extremely rapidly and very safely.
