Abstract

Contador estático de energía eléctrica basado en el procesamiento de señales aleatorias. La invención se refiere a un contador estático de energía eléctrica, constituido por los bloques (1, 7) conectados a los cables de la red eléctrica que generan las medidas U{sub,I e I{sub,I proporcionales a la tensión (U) y a la corriente (I); los bloques (2, 9) que rectifican ambas magnitudes para obtener las señales [U] e [I]; los bloques (3, 10) que generan una señal que indican el signo de U e I respectivamente; los bloques (4, 11) que convierten a codificación digital las señales medidas y rectificadas; el bloque (5), incorporado de forma novedosa, que genera pares de números aleatorios de 10 bits que son empleados en las comparaciones digitales realizadas por los bloques (6, 12) para obtener una codificación mediante trenes de pulsos aleatorios U{sub,e e I{sub,e , de las señales [U] e [I]; y el bloque (13) que genera el tren de pulsos aleatorios P{sub,e que codifica la potencia.
