Abstract

Dispositivo de protección de exceso de calentamiento para encendedores eléctricos de cigarros, especialmente para vehículos automóviles, que se compone de una caja de enchufe y una clavija enchufable en ésta, presentando la clavija un botón accionador con vástago, un resorte expulsor y un elemento calentador, caracterizado, porque una espiga, dispuesta en el elemento calentador, está soldada a baja temperatura en un taladro del vástago, y el punto de fusión del material de soldadura utilizado asta situado esencialmente mas alto que la temperatura de funcionamiento del encendedor, pero se encuentra por debajo de la temperatura de exceso de calentamiento, de modo que se derrite el enlace de soldadura, y el resorte expulsor de la clavija ocasiona una separación del elemento calentador y del vástago para la interrupción del circuito de corriente de calentamiento.
