Abstract

Procedimiento e instalación para el pelado de ajos, almendras y similares. El procedimiento comprende la alimentación de los frutos a cámaras a través de las que se hace circular aire a presión para crear turbulencias que provocan el desprendimiento de la piel. La instalación comprende una cámara distribuidora (1) de frutos, una serie de compartimentos de carga (5) y una serie de compartimentos de pelado (6). Los compartimentos de carga y pelado están situados en sendas estructuras superpuestas y giratorias y son intercomunicables a través de una abertura fija. Los compartimentos de pelado (6) son enfrentables a inyectores de aire a presión (12) y a una abertura de salida (10).
