Abstract
Nueva formulación de aglutinante para lienzos, procedimiento par su preparación y aplicaciones. La formulación comprende: Cola de conejo 1.000 g Cola de caseína 1.000 g Celulosa 500 g Glucosa 100 cm{sup,3 Amoníaco 250 cm{sup,3 Agua 22 l pudiendo variar estas cantidades entre {+ 10% El procedimiento comprende poner a remojo, por separado, durante unas 24 horas, las colas de conejo y caseína y la celulosa, seguidamente disolver la cola conejo remojada a baño María y la cola de caseína añadiendo el amoníaco, tras lo cual se incorpora lentamente y con agitación la disolución de celulosa sobre la de cola de conejo y una vez mezcladas ambas se incorpora la disolución de cola de caseína también lentamente y con agitación, pudiéndose incorporar la glucosa en cualquier momento del proceso y llevándose a cabo el mezclado a una temperatura comprendida entre 30 Y 50ºC. La formulación tiene aplicación en la fabricación de lienzos para pintura.
