Abstract

Taladro-aspirador. Está constituido por la combinación de una máquina taladradora o similar, y un elemento de aspiración constituido por un rodete (13) accionado por un cuerpo motriz. El rodete está montado previa interposición de una malla filtrante, a un lado de una caja (7, 21) de recogida de los residuos formados en la operación de taladrado. Esta caja posee en su pared opuesta una boca de conexión de un tubo semirrígido (8) provisto en su extremo de una boquilla ensanchada (9) que se aplica contra la superficie a perforar y cuya forma geométrico depende del tipo de trabajo a realizar. El cuerpo motriz de accionamiento del rodete (13) puede ser una pieza postiza sujeta mediante una abrazadera (2), o bien, formar parte de la carcasa de la máquina y estar materializado por una corona dentada (16) que gira accionada por el propio piñón (17) de salida del motor de la taladradora. El dispositivo de aspiración es también aplicable a una sierra o a cualquier máquina que produzca virutas o residuos de otro tipo, los cuales serán eliminados conforme se van produciendo.
