Abstract
Una instalación para el caldeo de polvo de cemento en bruto, que consiste en una serie de separadores de polvo centrífugos (ciclones), los cuales se hallan unidos entre sí por medio de tuberías de tal modo, que mediante un ventilador se absorben los gases residuales de un horno giratorio sucesivamente a través de los ciclones, y en la que el tubo de salida para el polvo de cada uno de los ciclones, a excepción del último inferior, está unido al tubo para el gas residual que conduce al ciclón inmediato anterior, caracterizada porque el tubo de salida para el polvo del ciclón último inferior, desemboca en un tubo ligeramente inclinado, que está provisto por todo su largo de un fondo intermedio, hecho de placas permeables para el aire, hallándose introducido por su extremo inferior en el codo de salida de gases residuales del horno giratorio y desembocando en dicho horno, y porque su parte inferior (cámara de aire) ha sido dotada de una conexión para el suministro de aire a presión.
