Abstract

Máquina para el pelado de frutas y hortalizas. Consiste en una máquina que comprende un conjunto formado por una carcasa externa y posee, un avance soporte de un cabezal giratorio y sobre éste un conjunto basculante con un brazo con un pincho y casquete giratorio, todo ello frente a un tambor giratorio con una ranura por la que asoma un brazo portacuchillas, cuyo extremo posee un palpador-evacuador oblicuo 20º a 25º con respecto al eje del brazo portacuchillas hacia el exterior constitutivo del separador de la fruta, y cuyo cabezal está inserto en una ranura de su eje de giro con posiciones selectivas y extraíble, y con unas palas con unos arbotantes dispuestos por la parte posterior a la de avance de su giro poseyendo un conjunto de engranajes que se accionan por el motor, siendo el brazo portacuchillas apoyado en una leva que guarda distancia mínima entre cuchilla y pincho-eje, y cabezal. De aplicación en la fabricación de máquinas para el pelado de frutas y hortalizas dotadas de piel.
