SE DESCRIBE UN METODO , QUE PERMITE EVALUAR DE MANERA CUANTITATIVA EL AJUSTE DE UN ALTERNADOR SON TENER QUE RETIRAR O DESMONTAR EL ROTOR DEL ALTERNADOR, Y ESTO MISMO CUANDO EL ENTREHIERRO DE ESTE ALTERNADOR NO ES MAYOR DE 10 MM. ESTE METODO UTILIZA UN DETECTOR PLANO Y FINO, UNA DE CUYAS CARAS ESTA PROVISTA DE UN RECESO EN EL QUE UN PISTON ESTA MONTADO. ESTE DETECTOR ESTA INSERTADO N EL ENTREHIERRO Y POSICIONADO DELANTE DE LA CUÑA DONDE SE REQUIERE UNA EVALUACION DE MANERA QUE EL PISTON SE ENFRENTE A ESTA CUÑA. UN FLUIDO SE INYECTA ENTONCES EN EL DETECTOR PARA QUE EL PISTON CONTACTE CON LA CUAL Y EJERCER UNA PRESION SOBRE ESTA MIENTRAS QUE EL DETECTOR SE ENCUENTRA ADOSADO AL ROTOR. LA PRESION DEL FLUIDO ASI INYECTADO, QUE ES PROPORCIONAL A LA FUERZA APLICADA SOBRE EL MUELLE QUE SE ENCUENTRA POR DETRAS DE LA CUÑA, SE MIDE ASI. EL DESPLAZAMIENTO DE LA CUÑA CUANDO LA PRESION EJERCIDA TAMBIEN SE MIDE MEDIANTE UN CALIBRE DE TENSION EXTENSIOMETRICO FIJADO EN UNA LAMINA FLEXIBLE EN CONTACTO CON ELPISTON. EL AJUSTE PUEDE ENTONCES DEDUCIRSE DE LA FUERZA Y DEL DESPLAZAMIENTO ASI MEDIDO. UN APARATO PARA LLEVAR A CABO ESTE METODO TAMBIEN SE DESCRIBE.
