Abstract

Compuestos inhibidores selectivos de la ciclooxigenasa-I y su utilización como analgésicos, antiinflamatorios y antiartríticos.La presente invención se refiere a compuestos de fórmula general I,Inhibidores selectivos del isoenzima ciclooxigenasa-I, a sussales y solvatos farmacéuticamente aceptables, y a las composiciones farmacéuticas que las contienen. Los compuestos presentan una acción analgésica, antiinflamatoria y antiartrítica a la vez que, en animales con úlceras o trastornos gastrointestinales, no producen una mayor incidencia o gravedad de los mismos, ni retrasan su curación.
