LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UNA COMPOSICION DE LIMPIEZA ACUOSA QUE BAJO DILUCION ACUOSA MEDIANTE UN FACTOR DE AL MENOS DOS PRODUCE UNA EMULSION ESTABLE, DICHA EMULSION TENIENDO UN TAMAÑO DE PARTICULA EN FASE DISPERSA MEDIDA DE 10-100 NANOMETROS, DICHA COMPOSICION INCLUYENDO: A) 20-70% EN PESO DE AGUA, B) DEL 15-40% EN PESO DE UN SISTEMA SURFACTANTE QUE COMPRENDA AL MENOS UN SURFACTANTE NO IONICO DE ALCOHOL ALCOXILADO Y NO MAS DEL 20% EN PESO DE SURFACTANTE ANIONICO, CATIONICO, ANFOTERO O ZWITTERIONICO, C) DEL 5-30% EN PESO DE UN SOLVENTE, DICHO SOLVENTE TENIENDO UNA SOLUBILIDAD SUPERIOR AL 2% A/A PERO INFERIOR AL 12% DE A/A DE AGUA, Y D) DEL 5-20% EN PESO DE UN ACEITE SUSTANCIALMENTE INSOLUBLE EN AGUA, DICHA COMPOSICION TENIENDO UN TAMAÑO DE PARTICULA EN FASE DISPERSA MEDIDA SUPERIOR A 100 NM ANTES DE LA DISOLUCION.
