LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO Y UN DISPOSITIVO PARA LA MEDICION Y VALORACION CUALITATIVA DE EFECTOS SUPERFICIALES EN BANDAS, CON EL QUE LOS FACTORES REDUCTORES DE LA CALIDAD PUEDEN SER RECONOCIDOS EN UNA FASE TEMPRANA, AFECTADOS Y MEJORARSE, LAS POSIBILIDADES PARA EL DESARROLLO DE PRODUCTOS POR PARTE DE LOS FABRICANTES DE PATRONES SUPERFICIALES MEDIANTE LA OBTENCION DE DATOS DE SALIDA OBJETIVOS. MEDIANTE CAMARAS MATRICIALES CCD SE OBTIENEN IMAGENES GRISES EN TRES PUNTOS DE MEDICION, QUE SE ALIMENTAN SIMULTANEAMENTE A LOS CANALES INDIVIDUALES DE UNA TARJETA DE PROCESAMIENTO DE IMAGENES Y SE PROCESAN A CONTINUACION SEPARADAMENTE COMO IMAGENES DIGITALES. MEDIANTE LA DIGITALIZACION DE LAS IMAGENES GRISES Y OPERACIONES LOGICAS CON UNA REJILLA LINEAL DIGITAL SE CALCULAN A DISTANCIAS IGUALES LAS LONGITUDES DE LA CAPA DE VELO. LOS VALORES MEDIDOS DE LAS LONGITUDES SE UNEN EN SERIE PARA SU PROCESAMIENTO POSTERIOR, DE FORMA QUE SE OBTIENE UNA BASE DE VALORACION QUE CUBRE PRACTICAMENTE LA SUPERFICIE. LOS PARAMETROS OBTENIDOS SE TRANSFIEREN AL ALGORITMO DE VALORACION EN FORMA DE VECTORES O CONJUNTOS PARA CADA SERIE DE IMAGENES. PARA LA VALORACION SE OBTIENEN TODAS LAS CARACTERISTICAS CALCULADAS DE LOS VECTORES Y SE PROCESAN CON ALGORITMOS DE LOGICA BORROSA. A PARTIR DE LOS VECTORES CARACTERISTICOS SE CALCULA EL EFECTO DE CALIDAD MEDIANTE CLASIFICADORES.
