Abstract
Optimizador de marcación con láser de productos en movimiento. Que comprende un láser que se pulsa para obtener niveles de energía k veces superiores a los obtenidos mediante emisión continua, un deflector en el que incide el rayo láser para producir diferentes ángulos de deflexión del rayo láser y generar el marcaje de un carácter según una matriz de puntos n x m; se caracteriza porque comprende una unidad de almacenamiento (2) de los datos relativos a los parámetros de funcionamiento del láser, para activar el láser un cierto tiempo antes del tiempo de marcación del punto o raster, para realizar el óptimo control de la puesta en funcionamiento, en dicho régimen de pulsado, y en concordancia con las condiciones de marcaje determinadas por la velocidad, tipo y características del mensaje a marcar. Además se caracteriza porque cuenta con medios de sincronización (5) para generar pequeños pulsos de pre-excitación del láser justo en correspondencia con los puntos no activos.
