Abstract

SE DESCRIBE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA RETIRAR RESTOS ORGANICOS DAÑINOS EN EL GAS DE SINTESIS QUE SE OBTIENE DE LA FERMENTACION DE LA BASURA. ESTO SE REALIZA AÑADIENDO OXIGENO. BASURA, QUE ESTA AL MENOS PREPIROLIZADA, CONTENIENDO CARBONO Y ESPESADA SE INTRODUCE EN UN REACTOR DE TEMPERATURA ELEVADA. SE FORMA UN LECHO FLUIDIZADO DE GASIFICACION Y POR DEBAJO DE ESTE LECHO SE QUEMA CON ADICION DE O{SUB,2}. EL GAS DE SINTESIS QUE SE FORMA SALE POR LA PARTE ALTA DEL REACTOR DESPUES DE UN TIEMPO SUFICIENTE DE PERMANENCIA, EN LA ZONA DE PERMANENCIA SE VA AÑADIENDO OXIGENO A TEMPERATURA CONTROLADA EN TAL CANTIDAD QUE SEA POSIBLE UNA COMBUSTION PARCIAL DEL GAS DE SINTESIS, EL CUAL TIENE UNA TEMPERATURA DE ALREDEDOR 1000 C POR ENCIMA DEL LECHO DE GASIFICACION. POR LA INTRODUCCION DE OXIGENO SE TIENE UNA MEZCLA HOMOGENEA EN LA PARTE SUPERIOR. PARA ELLO HAY VARIAS VALVULAS DE OXIGENO EN LA PARTE SUPERIOR DEL REACTOR AXIALMENTE Y/O RADIALMENTE.
