Abstract

Contenedor para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos ultracongelados. El contenedor está constituido mediante un cuerpo paralelepipédico rectangular (1), con una estructura de pared a base de un aislante (4) de poliuretano, un forro de acero inoxidable (5) constituyendo la superficie interior y una chapa galvanizada (6) constituyendo la superficie exterior, previéndose entre ésta y la capa de aislante (4) un panel de madera (7); todo ello sobre un estructura o chasis metálico. En el interior del contenedor se han previsto una serie de boquillas (8) a través de las cuales se pulveriza nitrógeno líquido procedente de botellas (2) o de un depósito de almacenamiento adecuado. El nitrógeno líquido se distribuye en el interior del contenedor (1) con la colaboración de ventiladores (10), realizando una congelación rápida y mantenimiento del producto congelado. El contenedor resulta ventajoso en su utilización para el transporte, almacenamiento y conservación de productos destinados al consumo humano, tales como pescados, carnes o cualquier otro producto susceptible de congelación.
