LA MODIFICACION NECESARIA PARA ELLO DEL LUGAR DE CORTE ES POSIBLE SOLAMENTE A LARGO PLAZO. SE BUSCAN SOLUCIONES DE PASO, QUE PERMITEN UN INTERCAMBIO PAULATINO O UNA CONSTRUCCION CONTINUADA CON NUEVOS LUGARES DE CORTE. IDEA BASICA: UTILIZACION DE LOS ELEMENTOS DE ACOPLAMIENTO, CUYAS ENTRADA Y SALIDA SON CONMUTABLES DE FORMA INDIVIDUAL ENTRE DOS VELOCIDADES DE TRANSMISION. EJEMPLO: TOMANDO COMO BASE UNA ESTRUCTURA DE CUADRO, QUE ESTA BASADA EN UNA VELOCIDAD BAJA DE TRANSMISION. DENTRO DE UNA ESTRUCTURA DE CUADRO DE ESTE TIPO PUEDEN SER ALMACENADAS DE FORMA INTERMEDIA Y PUESTAS EN PRACTICA TEMPORALMENTE TAMBIEN SEÑALES CON LA MAS ALTA VELOCIDAD DE TRANSMISION. VELOCIDADES PREVISTAS SON 4 MBIT/SG. Y 32 MBIT/SG. VENTAJA: ES FACILMENTE POSIBLE LA UNION DE MULTIPLES CANALES PARA LA CONEXION DE CAPACIDAD MASALTA (N X 64 KBIT/SG.).
