LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN METODO PARA LA PURIFICACION DE CORRIENTES DE AGUA RESIDUAL QUE CONTIENEN NITROGENO QUE RESULTA POR EJEMPLO, EN LA INDUSTRIA ALIMENTICIA, LA INDUSTRIA QUIMICA ETC. ESTE METODO DE PURIFICACION ESTA CARACTERIZADO EN QUE CICLOS SON LLEVADOS A CABO EN LOS SIGUIENTES PASOS: (A) APORTACION DE UN PRIMER AFLUENTE DE AGUA RESIDUAL PARA UN REACTOR CARGADO CON BACTERIA NITRIFICANTE O DENITRIFICANTE RESPECTIVAMENTE; (B) NITRIFICACION POR MEDIA DE AIREAR EL CONTENIDO DEL REACTOR; (C) PROPORCIONANDO UN SEGUNDO AFLUENTE DE AGUA RESIDUAL AL REACTOR, SON OBTENIDOS ASI REACTORES QUE CONTIENEN UNA RELACION DE COD/NO{SUB,3}-N MAYOR O IGUAL A 4,; (D) SACANDO UNA DENITRIFICACION DEL CONTENIDO DEL REACTOR; (E) NITRIFICANDO UNA MAS POR CANTIDADES DE AIREADOR DEL CONTENIDO DEL REACTOR; (F) PROPORCIONAR EL CONTENIDO DEL REACTOR PARA LA COMPOSICION; Y (G) PURGAR LA PARTE DEL CONTENIDO DEL REACTOR COMO EFLUENTE. EL METODO DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION ES PREFERIBLEMENTE LLEVADO A CABO EN EL CASO DE UNA PLANTA INDUSTRIAL QUE IMPLICA UN NUMERO DE CORRIENTES DE AGUA RESIDUAL DE DIFERENTES COMPOSICIONES, UNA DE LAS CORRIENTES DE AGUA RESIDUAL TIENE UNA ALTA CARGA DE COD Y TAMBIEN VENTAJOSAMENTE UN BAJO NIVEL DE N{SUB,KJ}-N.
