LAS N ESTACIONES BASE ENVIAN PRIMERO SEÑALES DE RADIO SOBRE M FRECUENCIAS PRIMERAS DIFERENTES, CON LO CUAL LAS ESTACIONES BASE, QUE PERTENECEN A UNO O AL MISMO GRUPO, EMITEN SOBRE UNA O LA MISMA FRECUENCIA, Y LAS ESTACIONES BASE, QUE PERTENECEN A GRUPOS DIFERENTES, EMITEN SOBRE FRECUENCIAS DIFERENTES. LA ESTACION MOVIL EMITE DOS SEÑALES DE RADIO SOBRE M FRECUENCIAS SECUNDARIAS DIFERENTES. CADA N ESTACIONES BASE RECIBEN LA SEÑAL DE RADIO SECUNDARIA SOBRE TODAS LAS M FRECUENCIAS SECUNDARIAS Y LA ESTACION MOVIL RECIBE LA PRIMERA SEÑAL DE RADIO SOBRE TODAS LAS M FRECUENCIAS PRIMARIAS. LAS ESTACIONES BASE RESPECTIVAS DE LOS M GRUPOS ESTAN UNIDAS UNAS CON OTRAS POR MEDIO DE UN ELEVADOR DE MODULACION APROPIADO DE GRUPO EN FORMA DE UNA CADENA DE ESTACION BASE Y LOS EXTREMOS DE ESTAS M CADENAS INDEPENDIENTES UNAS DE OTRAS ESTAN UNIDAS CON UNA CENTRAL DE RADIO.
