EL PROCESO INCLUYE LAS SIGUIENTES FASES: SE HACE PASAR UNA COMPOSICION TERMOPLASTICA POR UNA MANGA HUECA DE PELICULA TERMOPLASTICA, CUANDO DICHA PELICULA ESTA SUMERGIDA EN UN BAÑO DE DISIPACION DE CALOR; SE SELLA LA COMPOSICION TERMOPLASTICA PARA QUE SE ENFRIE Y SE SOLIDIFIQUE MIENTRAS ESTA SUMERGIDA EN EL BAÑO DE DISIPACION DE CALOR.
