EL OBJETIVO DE LA INVENCION ES DISEÑAR UN RECEPTOR DE FLUJO DE PASO VORTICAL DONDE EL CAMPO A TRAVES DEL NUMERO STROUHAL ES CONSTANTE, EXTENDIENDOSE HACIA UN NUMERO DE REYNOLDS BAJO Y QUE SUMINISTRA UNA DISPERSION DE MEDICION BAJA Y CON LA CAPACIDAD PARA DETERMINAR EL NUMERO STROUHAL DE FORMA PRECISA DENTRO DEL CAMPO EN DONDE LA RELACION DE LA CUOTA DE FLUJO DE VOLUMEN CON RESPECTO A LA FRECUENCIA DE RESTRICCION VORTICAL ES CONSTANTE. ESTE OBJETIVO SE CONSIGUE EN VIRTUD DEL HECHO DE QUE UN ELEMENTO (1) DEFLECTOR ESTA MONTADO DE FORMA SEGURA A PUNTOS OPUESTOS DIAMETRALMENTE SOBRE LA CARA INTERIOR DE UN TUBO (2) DE MEDICION, DE DIAMETRO INTERNO D, A TRAVES DEL CUAL FLUYE UN FLUJO, O SE FIJA EN UNA ESTRUCTURA COLOCADA EN EL TUBO.
