LA INVENCION PROPORCIONA UNA FORMA DE REALIZAR INTERPOLACION MEJORADA CON MOVIMIENTO COMPENSADO DE IMAGENES EN MOVIMIENTO, COMO LA TELEVISION, UTILIZANDO VECTORES DE MOVIMIENTO DE FIABILIDAD VARIABLE. TENIENDO EN CUENTA LA FIABILIDAD DE LOS VECTORES DE MOVIMIENTO, PRODUCIDOS POR UN DISPOSITIVO DE ESTIMACION DEL MOVIMIENTO INDEPENDIENTE, PUEDE PRODUCIRSE UNA INTERPOLACION SUBJETIVAMENTE AGRADABLE. ESTO CONTRASTA CON LA INTERPOLACION DE MOVIMIENTO COMPENSADO SIMPLE, SIN TENER EN CUENTA LA FIABILIDAD DEL VECTOR DE MOVIMIENTO, QUE CON FRECUENCIA SE DEGRADA POR MEDIO DE LOS ARTEFACTOS DE CONMUTACION INACEPTABLES DEBIDOS A VECTORES DE MOVIMIENTO NO FIABLES.
