Abstract

Dispositivo de bloqueo de manillar para un vehículo de motor de dos ruedas. El espacio libre entre una barra de bloqueo de una cerradura de cilindro y un agujero de bloqueo formado en un eje de dirección se ha de minimizar para mejorar la durabilidad de la cerradura de cilindro. Una ménsula de montaje (51) está soldada en (W{sub,1 ) a un tubo delantero (1). El extremo de base de un elemento cilíndrico de guía (53) está soldado integralmente en (W{sub,4 ) a la ménsula de montaje (51), mientras que el extremo delantero del elemento de guía (53) está encajado en la periferia interna de un agujero dé soporte (1{sub,1 ) formada en el tubo delantero (1) y soldado en (W{sub,3 ). Una cerradura de cilindro (54) está fijada a la ménsula de montaje (51) a través de una chapa de montaje (58).Una barra de bloqueo (57) sobresale de la cerradura de cilindro (54) y está encajada deslizantemente en el agujero de guía (53{sub,1 ) del elemento de guía (53). El extremo delantero de la barra de bloqueo (57) sepone enfrente de un agujero de bloqueo (31{sub,1 ), formada en un eje de dirección (31) de manera que pueda enganchar con el agujero de bloqueo. Como el elemento de guía (53) está montado integralmente con la ménsula de montaje (51), la exactitud posicional entre el agujero de guía (53{sub,1 ) del elemento de guía (53) y el agujero del bloqueo (31{sub,1 ) formado en el eje de dirección (31) se mejora y, por tanto, se disminuye la oscilación de la barra del bloqueo (57).
