Abstract

Clinical bed with new liftable bed mechanism, made up of a frame 1 having on its crossbars fixed supports 4 oriented towards the functional plane and having mobile platforms 6 for support of the articulated bed 5, said platforms being joined by means of bent levers 7 connected at their middle point to two transversal axles 8. In the lower central part of the frame, on a bridge crossbeam 9, there is an electric motor 10 which drives a piston 11 which acts on one of the aforesaid transversal axles 8 which are linked to the levers 7 of the platforms 6 supporting the articulated bed 5, with said movement being transmitted in turn to the other respective transversal axle 8, having a short lever welded thereto, by means of a longitudinal connecting rod 12 extending along the bed.
