Abstract

Procedimiento y dispositivo para la fabricación de cuerpos huecos (5) en forma de "T'', o bien que presentan al menos unadesviación (6) en forma de domo, fabricados a partir de unasección de tubo metálica, en un útil de conformación (4) según el procedimiento de conformación por alta presión interior, en los que la tapa del domo (9) se estampa mediante la sufridera (8) que apoya el domo (6) que se configura durante la formación, con presión interior elevada con respecto a la presión interior de fabricación máxima (Pilmax). La superficie frontal del lado de cabeza de la sufridera (8) está dimensionada, con este objeto, más grande que la superficie de apoyo activa y presenta una arista cortante (13) que cercaa modo de cuello circundante a la superficie de apoyo activa.
