Abstract
Un método de hacer papel kraft, especialmente con un gramaje de aproximadamente 50-140 g/m2, preferiblemente papel para sacos, como sacos con válvula, por ejemplo, para cemento, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de someter una pasta al sulfato sólo a un refinado a alta consistencia (refinado HC) o a un refinado HC combinado con un refinado a baja consistencia (refinado LC), si se utiliza un refinado LC, manteniéndose el aporte de energía en conexión con el refinado LC en un valor por debajo de 80 kWh por tonelada de papel, calculado como papel 100 % seco, y añadiendo un agente que aumenta la resistencia, especialmente un polímero cargado, por ejemplo, almidón, a la pasta obtenida en esta conexiónenuno o más puntos distintos del proceso, antes de alimentar la pasta sobre la malla de una máquina de papel, de modo que la cantidad total de agente que aumenta la resistencia sea porlo menos8 kg (calculado como almidón) por tonelada de papel (calculado como papel 100 % seco).
