Abstract

Método de análisis de coincidencias de imágenes médicas y/o de microscopía mediante combinación de filtrado de histogramas e identificación holográfica. Método para el análisis de coincidencias de imágenes médicas y/o de microscopía mediante combinación de filtrado e identificación holográfica que permite cuantificar, de manera automatizada, el grado de coincidencia de la imagen de un elemento, estructura o lesión -de interpretación conocida- en cada punto o zona de otra imagen (obtenida por el mismo procedimiento). Este método comprende una cierta combinación de técnicas de filtrado de histogramas con un proceso de filtrado e identificación holográfica de imágenes. De esta manera, resulta posible localizar en una imagen la presencia total o parcial de elementos similares al buscado de interpretación conocida- aún cuando éste proceda de otra imagen (del mismo tipo), aparezca en una escala de tamaño u orientación diferentes o se encuentre aparentemente oculto en un fondo complejo. Resulta particularmente útil en el análisis de imágenes médicas obtenidas mediante cualquiera de los procedimientos y/o técnicas disponibles (tomografía, ecografía, resonancia magnética nuclear, radiografía, ...). También puede ser aplicado a la interpretación y análisis de imágenes obtenidas mediante las diversas técnicas de microscopía.
